EBAY Addresses Some Feedback Compaints
Ever since EBAY's sweeping changes to feedback a few months ago, some sellers have consistently and astutely raised issues and concerns. Only last month at EBAY Live, Lorrie Norrington, President of EBAY Marketplaces, said she was committed to listening to sellers and responding quickly with solutions. Even for those that doubted her, yesterday's announcement that EBAY will no longer count neutrals in feedback percentages and also allow buyers to withdraw/change negative feedback should at least be encouraging.
