Hello again,
When trying to find items to sell on eBay
it pays to do a tiny bit of simple research.
Here are a few tips:
It's very wise to search for products in
your local community. The obvious advantage in
doing this is the avoidance of shipping fees
before selling the items.
Running a simple classified ad that tells
others what types of products you buy (to
resell) is a great idea. Old cameras, old
magazines, old toys etc. are all great
sellers on eBay. Have a specialty and get
to know your niche.
Often you can easily establish "drop ship"
relationships with local companies that
have excess inventory, or that simply aren't
on eBay yet (most companies aren't). In a
drop ship relationship you simply sell items
and the company that has the product ships
it for you. You are paid a sales commission.
TOP TIP: Research the 'eBay value' of any
product you are considering buying to sell on
eBay BEFORE you buy it! One simple way to
do this research is to search the recently
closed auctions on eBay.
Before you EVER buy a bulk load of ANY
item to sell on eBay run a test auction on
eBay to see what final bid you can expect!
If an item sells one time for a nice profit
it will almost CERTAINLY sell again and again
for a nice profit.
If I could only have one book on how to build my ebay business it would be THE SILENT SALES MACHINE. The latest updated 6th version has just been released and I strongly recommend that you go to:
