I am really fuming.I put 2 items up for sale on ebay and because i put in the listings, i cannot accept paypal, ebay mailed me to tell me that my listings have been cancelled because it breached their Accepted Payments policy.I cannot afford to post items off if the payments are sent to paypal. They are forcing people to use paypal, it was never like this.I want to put in a complaint, who do i get in touch with? I have been with ebay for over 4 years and feel like leaving after all this crap.

My listing was authentic - and like several other items selling and sold for auction. yet, only hours before my item (last bid was $215.00) was to be sold, E-bay suddenly cancelled it, and said it was a trademark violation! They made no attempt to make sure of this, and it simply wasn't true! It is very unfair, and e-bay is influenced by the large shop owners who file complaints against the gen. public to get their items off auction so their own items can sell! I want to file a corp. legal complaint or talk to someone at e-bay who can help me!?

I refuse to use paypal anymore. They arbitrarily froze my account several months ago and the issue has still to be resolved!

You may wish to consider selling on Bonanzle. The community is MUCH friendlier and you are not forced to accept payments via paypal. I use Google checkout and find it much more user friendly

Quit using Ebay. They do not care about the seller AT ALL. They also force people to use Paypal because they own it. The rules are silly and getting sillier. Paypal can freeze funds, close accounts, give refunds wrongly, withhold funds and the seller is left holding the bag

payapl is the easiest and safest way to send money for both the seller and buyer, i would not buy anything on e-bay unless the seller takes paypal nor will i sale anything unless the buyer has a paypal account
