The ebay logo ......copyright issues
Hello i'm new on here and have been nosey for sometime now,

Registered a while back then forgot my password so now i have got new account

Have been on ebay selling for the last 5 yrs and i have often sold a few things for family or friends 

But am intrested in the trading assistant side of things, but am not sure on the advertising side of things and the usage of the ebay logo ?

Could anyone please voice your opinions on this, as absolutey as any comments or advice would be most welcome

As you're advertising an ebay service i would say it would be fine to use the logo, in the powerseller section there are downloadable logos that you're permitted to use as letter heads, in promo flyers, invoices etc...

Hi there and thank you for your response, it has helped me to look more into the subject, but can only find info from singapore ebay ? 

It kinda says NO.....but links are allowed, it says no to using on mugs tshirts hats flyers etc, yet ebay seems to be full of these items, so dunno if its just for singapore only

Could not find the downloadable logos you refer too.... 

Could you give me a link please dave

To download the logo's just log into the 'powerseller portal' and there's a link in there, unfirtunately i losy my powerseller status this month so i'm unable to get into the section myself.

Logo's on actual merchandise is understandable as ebay sell the stuff themselves but i'm sure it would be ok on your own flyers and advertising.

I've seen a local company who sell on ebay, on the side of their van they have a sign saying 'find us on ebay' with the ebay logo.
