eBay is an absolutely amazing community in action. I've been creating web content for close to a decade now. Though my work is consistently well-received by my clients, I still have a deep appreciation for those who come back to me well after a project is completed to update me to their progess. October found me completing a store upgrade for an off-road accessories seller. His email last week was such a pleasure to see.
He wrote, "We have received record numbers of orders since the re-make on Oct 11th. As of 11/14, our November sales volume has already surpassed the total for all of October". (note: his store is at

He was under no obligation to do so, but took the time out of his day to share his successes. It's commnets like this- long after a project is completed- long after feedback has been left- that drive me to continue to deliver excellence in what I do.
