I will be blogging today only because I feel well enough to do so. I am headed to the hospital for some tests that will hopefully rule out some issues I am having (light headed, dizzy, among other symptoms).

This has taken a small toll on my business because I do not want to list anything on eBay in case I cannot take care of the customer. I haven't blogged since Friday and yet I do not want to hinder my readership. Thanks everyone for continuing to come by (comments or not).

I just want to ask a simple question today. If you own your own business whether on eBay or the internet or wherever, how do you cope? What plans have you made or thought about in case you come down with some unknown problem?

Answering these questions now can save you in the future from headaches. Answer them now while you are well and you will not have to over exert yourself if a day comes and you cannot.

Business is important but not as important as your health. Are you exercising regularly? Do you eat a healthy diet with the right proportions (no overeating)? Do you get enough sleep?

Bad habits now are hard to break later. I am learning the hard way. Take it from me, you do not want to go through it.

May God bless you in all your endeavors. Put God first and He will always be there for you. When you begin to take care of your spiritual health, you naturally begin take better care of your physical health. Do you want to know how to recognize an unhealthy Christian? Look at how well they are taking care of themselves.
