It's great to know that Live Help can help so quickly and completely.

Obviously it's even better if it doesn't happen in the first place! Never log into Ebay or Paypal from a link in an email.

Ebay have only given a customer service helpline number to Powersellers, and about 10% of other users... They say that it would cost too much to man a call-centre for all users.

When they gave the phone number out to the lucky 10%, they made sure that everyone knew that if they tried to use the number, and their name wasn't on the list, the call would be terminated!

Not my idea of great customer service, but there you go...
