Filing a new complaint about
After being ripped off and abused as a seller on ebaymotors I have switched to
www.ultimateoffroadauctions.com While a powerseller on ebay a customer purchased and item and paid the total including the listed shipping price. After the item was received the customer requested that I issued him a refund for part of the shipping cost and left me negative feedback. Ebay did nothing besides pull my powerseller rating and let my profile show a negative feedback.
There is no reason to put up with ebay. They do not care about their sellers even though we are what built their business.
